About Your Hypnotherapist, Pramala Mourier, MS, CHt:
“In 1993, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Frustrated by the side effects of some of the pain medications, I started to research other ways of managing pain naturally. It was then that I found hypnosis and in particular, self-hypnosis. After three months of working on my pain, I became pain free. To this day, I have not had a recurrence of any Fibromyalgia symptoms. I decided then, that this was something I could help others with. In 2005, I became certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and have helped hundreds of people with varying disorders using Hypnosis.”
Pramala Mourier has completed 500 hours of clinical hypnotherapy training and has been certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners since 2005 as well as being a Lightstreaming Specialist, a technique Pramala and her husband, Marc, developed that pairs your life intention with guidance. Training and learning from Dr Brian Weiss and then qualifying as a QHHT practitioner, have been instrumental to the depth and direction of Pramala’s expertise with Past Life Regression.
Pramala also holds an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and has a Master of Science graduate degree in Clinical Psychology.
Throughout her life, Pramala has had an optimistic and holistic approach to all the challenges that she faced and has learned valuable lessons and life experiences which enable her to have the empathy, understanding and special connection with her clients.
Having been raised in the UK as part of a military family, she traveled and lived in several countries. This provided Pramala an unique appreciation, understanding, consideration and respect for people of different races, their cultures as well as their spiritual or religious beliefs.
Pramala has worked on many issues such as weight loss, smoking cessation, depression, lack of direction in life and grief to name but a few, but her specialty is in the clinical field where she is able to help those suffering from diseases such as cancer, chronic pain, anxiety, phobias, PTSD and depression. She has a knack for getting to the source of the issue and developing ways of managing it, which she happily shares with her clients.
She was also a volunteer at a local hospice and has also worked with children with special needs and their families. Pramala worked with a mobile crisis team reaching out to those with severe and persistant mental illness in crisis as well as working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse on the island of Kauai (Hawaii) between 2008-2013. Her skills were utilized in stabilizing her clients and supporting them and returning them to their pre-crisis state. Her internship and position as Program Manager with a counseling center here in Dallas, provided Pramala the opportunity to work with a varied population in age, ethnicity and disorders. For her, truly understanding the nature of a client’s issue, has been fundamental in developing hypnosis methods and programs to resolving them.
As a Lightstreaming Specialist, Pramala is able to guide clients to the Akashic Record where clients are able to visit appropriate past lives where they can receive relevant information for their current life and issues. She facilitates the connection between her client and the Light to answer their questions.
Together, Marc and Pramala facilitate Lightstreaming Health, the male and female energy are synchronized for the Light to provide healing for their clients. This has been an amazing experience for both the client and for Pramala/Marc who are truly passionate in helping clients for their highest good.
In addition, Pramala has been trained in Addiction Therapy, Ericksonian and Ellman Hypnosis techniques, Forensic Hypnosis, Advanced Pain Control, Sexual Dysfunction, Grief and Bereavement, and Hypnosis for Children.

About ACHE:
The primary organization that has been responsible for the recognition and regulation of hypnotherapy training in the USA is the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (A.C.H.E.). This organization is a non-profit state-chartered, non-profit professional corporation that has established standards for specialized education and maintains standards of practice and a code of ethics. In addition, A.C.H.E. provides examination for hypnotherapists who have met the qualifications for specialized education, training, and experience. Successful completion of the examination leads to certification as a hypnotherapist.
For examination and certification by A.C.H.E., a Hypnotherapist must be trained in a school approved by the A.C.H.E. The A.C.H.E. only approves schools that have programs of at least 200 hours of classroom training in hypnotherapy.
Certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist requires not less than 350 hours of classroom training and is the highest level of certification awarded.
Pramala’s practice, Texas Therapy Services, was ranked in the top 5, for hypnosis services, on Thumbtack in 2016.
Thumbtack referred client Farhan H states:
“I recently had a hypnosis session with Pramala to help me with some issues of PTSD and resulting anxiety. That session was a tremendous help. I immediately felt better and that my thoughts are now less scattered and overwhelming. It’s been about a week since my session with Pramala and my outlook has totally been refreshed. All those little annoyances that were defeaning are now merely background noise. This wasn’t my first experience with hypnosis. It’s worked for me in the past and I’m a firm believer and sincere proponent. Having experienced other clinical hypnotherapists I will solidly recommend Pramala. She is the best there is”
